Ingredients:
- 6 potatoes
- 250 ml milk
- 20 g butter
- 250 g of corn
- 1 teaspoon oil
- 1/2 finely chopped onion
- 400 g ground beef (5% fat)
- Salt, pepper
Instructions:
- Peel and boil the potatoes in a small saucepan filled with salted water.
- Place the cooked potatoes in a bowl and mash them.
- Add the milk and butter and continue mashing to obtain a purée.
- Chop the onion.
- In a frying pan, sauté the onion in oil for a few minutes.
- Add the ground beef and cook. Season with salt and pepper.
- Put the meat in a small ovenproof dish.
- Spread the corn on the cooked meat.
- Cover the minced meat and corn with mashed potatoes.
- Bake in the oven for about 25 minutes at 190°C until the top is golden brown.
- Serve with a green salad.
