Almond and ginger jelly

Ingredients:
- 2 gelatin sheets
- 40 ml almond milk
- 25 g sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon almond extract
- 1/2 cm finely chopped ginger
Instructions:
- Place the gelatin sheets to soften in cold water.
- Mince the ginger.
- In a saucepan, pour in the almond milk, sugar, ginger and almond extract.
- Heat until simmering (about 5 minutes).
- Squeeze out the gelatin and add it to the preparation.
- Pour into a rectangular mould and place in a cool place for 3 hours.
- Unmould and cut into cubes.
