  • 500 g of cod
  • 8 potatoes
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 large onion
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • Parsley
  • Pepper


  • Remove the bones from the fish.
  • In a frying pan, sauté the onion and garlic with olive oil.
  • Add the fish and sauté for 5 minutes.
  • Cut the potatoes into french fries. Precook them in boiling water for about 5 mins, keeping them firm.
  • Add the french fries to the pan and sauté. Leave on the heat for about 5 minutes.
  • In a bowl, beat the eggs and season with pepper. Add them to the pan.
  • Heat for a few minutes while stirring, the eggs should not be fully cooked.
  • Sprinkle with chopped parsley and serve immediately.
