  • 2 L water
  • 500 g potatoes
  • 1 onion
  • 350 g green cabbage
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1/2 chorizo cut into slices



  • Bring the water to boil. 
  • Peel and dice the potatoes. Rinse them to remove the starch.  
  • Add them to a saucepan of water (about 2L).
  • Peel and slice the onion. Add them to the water. 
  • Cook for 15 minutes and then mix. 
  • Wash the cabbage cut into thin strips. Add them to the mixture and cook for 10 minutes. 
  • Add olive oil and bring to a boil. 
  • Add a few slices of chorizo and serve.
