Ingredients:
- 1 celery rabe
- 1 orange
- 2 tbsp vinegar
- 2 tbsp colza oil
- 3 sprigs parsley
- Salt, pepper
Instructions:
- Peel and roughly grate the celery.
- Peel the orange, cut into quarters, then cut each quarter in half.
- Prepare the dressing by mixing the vinegar, salt, salt, pepper and oil.
- Mix into the celery and orange.
- Add the chopped parsley.
