Ingredients:

  • 1 celery rabe
  • 1 orange
  • 2 tbsp vinegar
  • 2 tbsp colza oil
  • 3 sprigs parsley
  • Salt, pepper

Instructions:

  • Peel and roughly grate the celery.
  • Peel the orange, cut into quarters, then cut each quarter in half.
  • Prepare the dressing by mixing the vinegar, salt, salt, pepper and oil.
  • Mix into the celery and orange.
  • Add the chopped parsley.
