Ingredients:

  • 1 egg
  • 10 g margarine
  • 30 g sugar
  • 2 tablespoons grated coconut
  • 2 tablespoons wheat flour
  • 60 g cornmeal
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
  • 120 ml milk

Instructions:

  • In a bowl, beat the margarine with the egg, sugar and half the milk.
  • Add the remaining milk and other ingredients and mix well.
  • Pour into a dish. Bake in the oven for 40 minutes.
