Ingredients:
- 1 egg
- 10 g margarine
- 30 g sugar
- 2 tablespoons grated coconut
- 2 tablespoons wheat flour
- 60 g cornmeal
- 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
- 120 ml milk
Instructions:
- In a bowl, beat the margarine with the egg, sugar and half the milk.
- Add the remaining milk and other ingredients and mix well.
- Pour into a dish. Bake in the oven for 40 minutes.
