Ingredients:
- 100 g wheat flour
- 10 g chopped flaxseeds
- 6 g fresh baker's yeast
- 1 pinch salt
- 70 g water
Instructions:
- In a bowl mix the flour, flaxseeds and salt.
- Add water, crumbled yeast and oil.
- Knead with the hook of a pastry blender for 10 minutes or by hand for 30 minutes until a homogeneous dough is obtained.
- Place the dough in a glass container. Cover with cling film. Cook in the microwave (180 W) for 50 seconds. Let stand about 20 minutes before handling.
- Preheat the oven to 210°C.
- Shape 6 rolls.
- Iron each ball of dough in the microwave for 50 seconds in a180 W microwave. Let stand again for 20 minutes.
- Bake in the oven for 20 minutes at 210°C.
