  • 100 g wheat flour
  • 10 g chopped flaxseeds
  • 6 g fresh baker's yeast
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 70 g water


  • In a bowl mix the flour, flaxseeds and salt.
  • Add water, crumbled yeast and oil.
  • Knead with the hook of a pastry blender for 10 minutes or by hand for 30 minutes until a homogeneous dough is obtained.
  • Place the dough in a glass container. Cover with cling film. Cook in the microwave (180 W) for 50 seconds. Let stand about 20 minutes before handling. 
  • Preheat the oven to 210°C.
  • Shape 6 rolls.
  • Iron each ball of dough in the microwave for 50 seconds in a180 W microwave. Let stand again for 20 minutes.
  • Bake in the oven for 20 minutes at 210°C.
