Koftes: skewer of ground beef

Ingredients:
- 600 g minced beef or lamb
- 1 clove garlic
- 1/2 teaspoon ground coriander
- 1/2 teaspoon cumin powder
- 1 pinch cinnamon
- Salt, pepper
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1/2 tablespoon lemon juice
- 4 tomatoes
- 1/2 cucumber
- 4 radishes
- 1 bunch parsley
- 4 iceberg lettuce leaves
Instructions:
- Chop the garlic and parsley.
- Add to the meat. Season with salt, pepper and spices.
- Shape the mix into sausages around skewers. Leave to set in a cool place.
- Grill the skewers for about 10 minutes.
- Dice tomatoes, radishes and cucumber.
- Shred the lettuce.
- Mix everything together and season with olive oil, lemon, salt and pepper.
