Lemon, almond and cranberry squares

Ingredients:
- 40 g flour
- 40 g butter
- 2 lemons
- 2 eggs
- 30 g sugar
- 15 g flour
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 40 g almond powder
- 50 g dried cranberries
Instructions:
- Preheat the oven to 180°C.
- Mix the flour and butter until a shortcrust dough is obtained.
- Press the preparation into a 15 cm square pan covered with baking paper.
- Bake for 20 minutes.
- Lower the oven temperature to 160°C.
- Remove the zest of the 2 lemons and squeeze the juice of one lemon.
- Beat the eggs and sugar until frothy. While mixing, add the zest, lemon juice, flour and yeast, almond powder and cranberries.
- Pour the mixture over the dough.
- Bake for 40 minutes or until the top is golden brown.
- Wait until it has cooled completely before cutting into squares.
