Ingredients:

  • 200 g flour
  • 2 tablespoons water
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 30 g butter
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 15 g crushed walnuts
  • 15 g pine nuts
  • 30 g powdered sugar
  • Icing sugar
  • 30g dates

Instructions:

  • Preheat the oven to 200°C.
  • In a bowl, mix the flour, water and lemon to make a homogeneous dough.
  • In a blender, mix the walnuts, pine nuts, dates and powdered sugar to make the filling.
  • Take a ball of dough. Make a hole with your finger. Fill with stuffing and close tightly.
  • Place on a baking sheet and bake for 15 minutes. They must not brown.
  • Sprinkle with icing sugar and serve.
