Ingredients:
- 200 g flour
- 2 tablespoons water
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 30 g butter
- 1 pinch salt
- 15 g crushed walnuts
- 15 g pine nuts
- 30 g powdered sugar
- Icing sugar
- 30g dates
Instructions:
- Preheat the oven to 200°C.
- In a bowl, mix the flour, water and lemon to make a homogeneous dough.
- In a blender, mix the walnuts, pine nuts, dates and powdered sugar to make the filling.
- Take a ball of dough. Make a hole with your finger. Fill with stuffing and close tightly.
- Place on a baking sheet and bake for 15 minutes. They must not brown.
- Sprinkle with icing sugar and serve.
