Ingredients:

2 chicken breasts
 2 tablespoons of oil
 2 lemongrass sticks
 2 cloves of garlic
 4 small shallots
 2 teaspoons turmeric powder
 1 teaspoon coriander powder
 1 teaspoon chili powder
 1 pinch of salt
 1 tablespoon brown sugar
 2 carrots
 2 cucumbers
 1 small red onion
 

Instructions:

In a blender, place all ingredients except the chicken and blend into a fine marinade.
 Cut the chicken into strips.
Place the chicken in the marinade and let it rest in the refrigerator for 6 - 12 hours.
 Thread the chicken onto the skewers.
 Grill them for 3 to 4 minutes on each side until golden brown.
 Serve with raw vegetables.
