Ingredients:

  • 2 poultry cutlets
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 1 tablespoon oil
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 pinch chilli pepper
  • 1 teaspoon cumin
  • 300 g crushed tomatoes
  • 300 g canned red beans
  • 150 ml chicken broth
  • 50 g unsweetened cocoa
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 30 g raisins
  • 120 g rice

Instructions:

  • Cook the poultry in a frying pan and set aside.
  • Sauté the onion in the oil.
  • Add garlic, paprika, chilli and cumin, cook for a few minutes.
  • Add all the ingredients and simmer for 45 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  • Put the chicken back in the sauce to warm it up.
  • Mix the sauce.
  • Serve with rice cooked in boiling water.
