Ingredients:
- 2 poultry cutlets
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic
- 1 tablespoon oil
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 pinch chilli pepper
- 1 teaspoon cumin
- 300 g crushed tomatoes
- 300 g canned red beans
- 150 ml chicken broth
- 50 g unsweetened cocoa
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 30 g raisins
- 120 g rice
Instructions:
- Cook the poultry in a frying pan and set aside.
- Sauté the onion in the oil.
- Add garlic, paprika, chilli and cumin, cook for a few minutes.
- Add all the ingredients and simmer for 45 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Put the chicken back in the sauce to warm it up.
- Mix the sauce.
- Serve with rice cooked in boiling water.
