Ingredients:
- 100 ml water
- 1 tablespoon white wine vinegar
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 pinch cayenne pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1 clove garlic
- 1 onion
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley
- 1 pinch salt
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 2 tablespoons wheat bran
- 150 g wholemeal flour
- 2 teaspoons dry yeast
Instructions:
- Preheat the oven to 190°C.
- Peel and finely chop the garlic and onion.
- Wash, dry and chop the parsley.
- Pour the flour and all the ingredients into a bowl and knead for 5 minutes.
- Cover the bowl with a cloth and let the bread dough swell for 2 hours.
- Shape the dough into a bread shape and bake for 40 minutes.
