Ingredients:
- 4 pears
- 500 ml water
- 5 g Ceylon tea
- 1 clove
- 1 teaspoon vanilla essence
- 100 g berries or dried fruit
Instructions:
- Peel the pears.
- Boil the water. Add tea, vanilla and cloves.
- Cover and let infuse for 3 minutes. Filter and recover water.
- Add the pears and return to heat for 30 minutes.
- After cooking, store in a cool place for at least 2 hours.
- When ready to serve, garnish with berries or dried fruits.
