Ingredients:

  • 4 pears
  • 500 ml water
  • 5 g Ceylon tea
  • 1 clove
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla essence
  • 100 g berries or dried fruit

Instructions:

  • Peel the pears.
  • Boil the water. Add tea, vanilla and cloves.
  • Cover and let infuse for 3 minutes. Filter and recover water.
  • Add the pears and return to heat for 30 minutes.
  • After cooking, store in a cool place for at least 2 hours.
  • When ready to serve, garnish with berries or dried fruits.
