  • 500 g plain yogurt
  • 50 g raisins
  • 3 tablespoons rose water
  • 3 pinches cinnamon


  • Cook the raisins in a saucepan with 10 ml of water. When boiling, add the cinnamon and reduce to syrup.
  • Remove from heat, add rose water and mix. Let it cool.
  • Spread this raisin puree over the bottom of the glass jars and top with plain yogurt.
