Rooibos infusion

Ingredients:

  • 2 blackcurrant leaves
  • 1 tablespoon meadowsweet
  • Zest of 1/2 organic lemon
  • 5 g rooibos (the equivalent of about 2 tea bags)

 

Instructions:

  • Boil water. 
  • Pour it over the herbal mixture 
  • Let infuse for about 10 minutes.
