- 2 blackcurrant leaves
- 1 tablespoon meadowsweet
- Zest of 1/2 organic lemon
- 5 g rooibos (the equivalent of about 2 tea bags)
Instructions:
- Boil water.
- Pour it over the herbal mixture
- Let infuse for about 10 minutes.
