Ingredients:

  • 20 g butter
  • 20 g flour
  • 60 g oatmeal
  • 25 g brown flaxseeds
  • 20 g finely grated parmesan cheese
  • 2 tablespoons chopped rosemary leaves
  • 3 zucchinis
  • 1 clove of garlic

Instructions:

  • Preheat the oven to 180°C.
  • Peel partially and cut the zucchinis into slices.
  • Brown the minced garlic in a frying pan.
  • Add the zucchinis over high heat for 5 minutes.
  • Arrange the zucchinis in an ovenproof dish.
  • In a bowl, combine the flour, butter and parmesan cheese with your fingertips.
  • Add oatmeal, rosemary and flaxseed.
  • Place the crumble on the zucchinis.
  • Bake for 45 minutes.
