Ingredients:
- 20 g butter
- 20 g flour
- 60 g oatmeal
- 25 g brown flaxseeds
- 20 g finely grated parmesan cheese
- 2 tablespoons chopped rosemary leaves
- 3 zucchinis
- 1 clove of garlic
Instructions:
- Preheat the oven to 180°C.
- Peel partially and cut the zucchinis into slices.
- Brown the minced garlic in a frying pan.
- Add the zucchinis over high heat for 5 minutes.
- Arrange the zucchinis in an ovenproof dish.
- In a bowl, combine the flour, butter and parmesan cheese with your fingertips.
- Add oatmeal, rosemary and flaxseed.
- Place the crumble on the zucchinis.
- Bake for 45 minutes.
