Ingredients:
- 4 sheets brik pastry
- 200 g canned tuna
- 1 red pepper
- 1 dried tomato
- 2 cloves garlic
- 50 g pitted black olives
- 2 tablespoons capers
- 3 sprigs basil
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- Pepper
Instructions:
- Preheat the oven to 200°C.
- Chop the garlic, basil and olives.
- Finely chop the pepper.
- Drain the tuna.
- Mix all the ingredients together. Season with pepper.
- Brush the brik sheets with a little olive oil. Cut them in half and fold them in half to form a long strip. Garnish them with a little stuffing and fold them in three to form a triangle. Place on a baking sheet.
- Bake for 15 minutes until golden brown.
