Ingredients:

  • 200 g watermelon 
  • 1/2 cucumber
  • 1 tomato
  • 1 white onion
  • 1 slice bread
  • 6 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
  • 1 pinch cumin
  • 1 clove garlic
  • Salt
  • 1/4 red chilli pepper
  • 1/2 red onion
  • 4 sprigs basil

Instructions:

  • Finely slice the red onion and red pepper.
  • Finely chop the basil and mix with 2 tablespoons of oil.
  • In a blender, mix the remaining ingredients and set aside in a cool place.
  • Serve in a soup dish, adding a teaspoon of minced onion and olive oil.
