Watermelon, tomato and cucumber gazpacho

Ingredients:
- 200 g watermelon
- 1/2 cucumber
- 1 tomato
- 1 white onion
- 1 slice bread
- 6 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
- 1 pinch cumin
- 1 clove garlic
- Salt
- 1/4 red chilli pepper
- 1/2 red onion
- 4 sprigs basil
Instructions:
- Finely slice the red onion and red pepper.
- Finely chop the basil and mix with 2 tablespoons of oil.
- In a blender, mix the remaining ingredients and set aside in a cool place.
- Serve in a soup dish, adding a teaspoon of minced onion and olive oil.
